A. Yes, you are welcome to order samples or small quantity (if stock material available) to check our quality.
Q2. What is the lead time for sample?
A. Current sample needs 1-3 days, while customized sample needs 7-15 workdays to prepare.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit?
A. Microfiber towel MOQ is 500kg/color, and then the material GSM and cloth size will decide the final MOQ quantity. Remark: when you order stock material or stock product, the limit depends on our stock status.
Q4. What express do you often use to send the samples?
A. We usually ship samples by DHL, UPS, FedEx or SF. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.
Q5. What’s your acceptable payment term?
A. payment term is T/T, L/C, and other payment term are also acceptable.
Q6. Could you please help to design our packaging?
A. Yes, our designer can help to achieve it.
Q7. How to control the quality for each order.
A. Our QC team do the sample inspection for each production process, like fabric cutting,sewing ,packing etc. Before loading the container, our QC team will make sampling inspection of 5% of the bulk goods ,so that make sure all the goods are in good condition.
